President and CEO

Sami Holopainen, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), has been the President and CEO as of June 22, 2009.

The monthly compensation of the President and CEO was EUR 15 000. Salary, other remuneration, fringe benefits and bonuses paid to him in 2012 amounted to EUR 272,158,75, of which his salary and fringe benefits accounted for EUR 200,640,00 and bonuses for EUR 71,518,75.

In addition, the President and CEO was granted 48,000 new shares under a share reward plan in 2012. He is responsible for the income tax consequences of the granted shares. The value of the shares granted to him amounted to EUR 2.03 per share to a total of EUR 97,440.00. At the end of 2012, the President and CEO owned a total of 72,000 Aspocomp shares.

Management Team

The salaries, other remuneration and fringe benefits of the Group's Management Team totaled EUR 344,717.04 in 2012. In addition, the members of the Group's Management Team were granted total of 10,016 new shares under a share reward plan in 2012. They are responsible for the income tax consequences of the granted shares. The value of the shares granted to the members of the Group's Management Team amounted to EUR 2.03 per share to a total of EUR 20,332.48.
