ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ

In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group Oyj re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman of the Board and Yoshiki Sasaki as Vice Chairman.

Composition of the Board committees remained unchanged. The Board of Directors appointed Aimo Eloholma, Tapio Hintikka, Tuomo Lähdesmäki and Kari Vuorialho as members to the Compensation and Nomination Committees. Johan Hammarén, Yoshiki Sasaki and Anssi Soila were elected as members to the Audit Committee.
