NEW MANAGEMENT FOR THE ASPOCOMP SALO PLANT

Reijo Savolainen has been appointed Senior Vice President, Salo plant, as of
December 10, 2006. Savolainen has previously worked as Senior Vice President
responsible for the Aspocomp Group’s Mechanics and Modules division; Senior Vice
President, Aspocomp Oy EMS; and Director, Mechatronics group, Aspocomp Oy. He
remains a member of the Group’s Executive Management Team and reports to CEO
Maija-Liisa Friman.

Pekka Kivinen, currently the Salo Plant Manager, takes a post at the Group’s
Engineering unit. He will be in charge of the product and technology transfers
between Finland and Asia.
