MERGER OF ASPOCOMP’S SUBSIDIARY ASPOCOMP OY WITH THE PARENT COMPANY

Aspocomp Group Oyj Company Announcement May 10, 2007 at 2:00 pm

The Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group Oyj has today decided to merge the subsidiary Aspocomp Oy with its parent company. The merger plan will be entered into Finnish Trade Register within a month from the decision date and the planned registration date for the implementation of the merger is September 30, 2007.

Aspocomp Oy’s business in Finland is related to printed circuit board production. The merger has no effect on the Aspocomp Group’s financial statement figures.
