Aspocomp Group Oyj Company Announcement April 7, 2010 at 8:30 am ASPOCOMP TRANSFERS AGREEMENTS TO A NEW PARTNER Aspocomp's partner Meadville Holdings Ltd. announced on 16th of November 2009 that it will sell its PCB business to Nasdaq, USA listed TTM Technologies Inc. Related to the transaction the parties have agreed upon a transfer of certain agreements, engaged by Aspocomp and Meadville during their transaction in late 2007, from Meadville to TTM, and signed related novation deeds. The aforementioned deeds become valid only if the transaction between Meadville and TTM will be completed. Meadville announced on Thursday, 25 March 2010 that majority of the conditions for the transaction have been fulfilled and that the completion is expected to take place on Friday, 9 April 2010.
