ASPOCOMP ORGANIZES CAPITAL MARKETS DAY TODAY MARCH 14, 2017 AND PUBLISHES ITS LONG TERM FINANCIAL TARGETS AND UPDATED DIVIDEND POLICY

Aspocomp Group Plc hosts Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts today, March 14, 2017 in Helsinki. The event will provide information about the company’s strategy, targets, topical business issues and markets.
In the event, Aspocomp also publishes its financial targets for the strategy period of 2017 – 2022. Aspocomp’s targets are that net sales will increase on average 10 per cent per year and that operating profit (EBIT) is more than 7 per cent of the company’s net sales by the end of the strategy period.
Aspocomp also updates its dividend policy. According to the new policy, Aspocomp aims to pay dividend to its shareholders annually. Board of Directors will consider the company’s financial performance, capital expenditure and development needs as well as liquidity when proposing annual dividend. Aspocomp’s target is to distribute at least 1/3 of the Group’s profit for the period as dividends to its shareholders.
