Dicy Cure FR4

Dicy cure FR4 is a traditional FR4 type that has been used in the PCB industry for decades. It is available for the on-going projects that have been specified for this type of laminate. It has limitations in surviving Pb free soldering and it is not therefore recommended for any new projects. Instead, Mid Tg FR4 offer much better reliability in lead free soldering with similar electrical properties and cost.
