Increase in Aspocomp Group Oyj share capital registered

An increase in the share capital of Aspocomp Group Oyj from 8,770,416 euros to 9,961,926 euros through an issue of new shares was registered today. A total of 1,191,510 shares with a book value of 1 euro per share were issued in connection with the share issue. This brings the total number of shares outstanding to 9,961,926.

The company has applied for a listing for the new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, effective May 30, 2000. The rights and priviledges associated with the new shares will be effective from the date that the increase in share capital has been registered.
