NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN THE HOLDINGS OF EUROPEAN RENAISSANCE FUND

IN ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ SHARES
Aspocomp Group Oyj has today received a letter dated April 4, 2001

from Arlington Capital Investors Limited regarding a change in

holdings of European Renaissance Fund in Aspocomp Group Oyj referred

to in chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act.
As a result of the liquidation of European Strategic Investors

Holdings NV its holdings in Aspocomp Group Oyj, 256,000 shares, will

be transferred to European Renaissance Fund. As a result of this the

holdings of European Renaissance Fund will be over 1/20 of the voting

rights and share capital in Aspocomp Group Oyj. Aspocomp Group Oyj

notifies the following:
