ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ASPOCOMP GROUP PLC
In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group

Plc re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman to the Board. Yoshiki Sasaki was

elected as Vice Chairman.
The Board of Directors appointed Aimo Eloholma, Roberto Lencioni and Tuomo

Lähdesmäki as members to the Compensation and Nomination Committees. Gustav

Nyberg, Anssi Soila and Yoshiki Sasaki were elected as members to the Audit

Committee.
