Ms Maija-Liisa Friman takes up her new appointment as the President

and CEO of Aspocomp Group Oyj on April 1, 2004. The duties of Chief

Executive Officer of the company are for now being performed by Mr

Pertti Vuorinen, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO of Aspocomp.
