ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ’S REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED
The Annual General Meeting of Aspocomp Group Oyj held on April 5,

2002 decided to reduce the share capital by EUR 100,900 by nullifying

own shares in the company’s possession. The new share capital EUR

10,041,026 was entered in the Finnish Trade Register on April 9,

2002.
