Notification of managers’ and their closely associated persons’ transactions at Aspocomp Group Plc
Aspocomp Group Plc’s managers and their closely associated parties must follow the instructions below for notifying transactions as of July 3, 2016, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, “MAR”).
Such notifications shall be made to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) and Aspocomp Group Plc immediately after the transaction.
