ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ

 

In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group Oyj re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman of the Board and Johan Hammarén as Vice Chairman.

 

The Annual General Meeting had elected only three Board members and therefore the Board considered that there is no need to establish any Board committees and will also act as committees.
