PRELIMINARY RESULT OF ASPOCOMP S RIGHTS OFFERING

The primary subscription period of the rights offering of Aspocomp Group Oyj ended on April 12, 2007, and the secondary subscription period ended on April 13, 2007. According to the preliminary data, approximately 27.4 million shares, equaling approximately 91.8 percent of all the shares offered, were subscribed for in the offering. The parties who have given underwriting commitments to the
company are expected, in accordance with the commitments, to subscribe on April 17, 2007 for approximately 2.4 million shares which were not subscribed for in the offering. The Board of Aspocomp has extended the subscription period for these parties. Therefore, the offering is expected to be fully subscribed for.

Trading with the interim shares, representing the shares subscribed for in the primary subscription, commenced on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on April 13, 2007. The new shares subscribed for in the offering will be registered with the Finnish Trade Register and the interim shares will be combined with Aspocomp’s existing shares on or about April 19, 2007. Trading with the shares subscribed for both in
the primary and secondary subscription together with Aspocomp’s existing shares will commence on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on or about April 20, 2004.

Aspocomp will publish the final results of the rights issue on or about April 18, 2007, following the approval of the subscriptions by the company’s Board of Directors.
