ASPOCOMP’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Aspocomp’s Financial Statements 2006 have been published in a pdf file in Finnish and English. The file is available for downloading on the Investor Relations pages of the company’s Internet site at http://www.aspocomp.com/investor/ovk.html. Aspocomp’s complete Annual Report 2006 will be published in two parts: Financial Statements and Report of Operations. The Report of Operations pdf file as well as the printed versions of both documents will be published latest by week 18 as previously announced. The pdf version of the Financial Statements is published earlier due to an upcoming Offering Memorandum on the rights issue that was announced on March 16, 2007.
