NEW DIVIDEND POLICY FOR ASPOCOMP

The Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group Oyj has today defined a new long-term dividend policy for the company. According to the policy, Aspocomp aims to pay dividends amounting to no less than 30 percent of the profit for each financial year once the company’s profitability has been restored and it has reached its gearing and equity ratio goals.
It is likely that the Board will not propose dividend payments for the next few years.
