Maximum price in Aspocomp Group Oyj’s retail offering and employee offering
The maximum price in Aspocomp Group Oyj’s retail offering has been set to EUR 94.00 per share. The maximum price in the employee offering has been set to EUR 84.60 per share, which is the maximum price in the retail offering less a discount of 10 per cent.
The shares will be offered in the Institutional Offering (the Institutional Offering) from May 2, 2000 to May 23, 2000 and in the Retail Offering and Employee Offering from May 8, 2000 to May 12, 2000. The Retail Offering and Employee Offering can be suspended no earlier than May 8, 2000 at 17.00. The final decision on the offer price will be on or about May 23, 2000. In the Retail Offering the price will be the same as in the Institutional Offering, provided, however, that the price per offer share in the Retail Offering shall not exceed the maximum price of EUR 94.00. In the Employee Offering the offer price will be the same as in the Retail Offering, less a cash discount of no more that ten percent from the price per share in the Retail Offering, provided, however, that the price per share in the Employee Offering shall not exceed the maximum price of EUR 84.60.
