ASPOCOMP’S JOINT VENTURE PARTNER MEADVILLE SELLS ITS PCB BUSINESS

 

Aspocomp’s partner Hong Kong listed Meadville Holdings Ltd. has today announced that it will sell its PCB Business to TTM Technologies, Inc. listed in Nasdaq, US. Meadville’s 80 % share of Meadville’s and Aspocomp’s joint venture Meadville Aspocomp (BVI) Holdings Ltd. and Meadville’s 10 % ownership of Aspocomp Oulu Oy are included in the aforementioned transaction.
