ASPOCOMP GROUP’S RESULT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2001 WILL BE AFFECTED BY NON-RECURRING ONE-TIME COSTS

ASPOCOMP GROUP’S RESULT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2001 WILL BE

AFFECTED BY NON-RECURRING ONE-TIME COSTS
Aspocomp Group’s net sales and operating result during the fourth

quarter of the year 2001 developed as estimated in connection with

the prospects of the interim report published on October 29, 2001.

The result after financial items also will be affected by non-

recurring one-time costs estimated to be close to euros 12 million.

These include reconstructuring charges in France and start-up costs

in Asia.
Aspocomp Group will publish its financial statements on February 14,

2002.
