NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN HOLDINGS OF POHJOLA GROUP INSURANCE

CORPORATION LTD IN ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ SHARES
Aspocomp Group Oyj has today received a notification from Pohjola

Group Insurance Corporation Ltd referred to in chapter 2, section 9

of the Securities Markets Act on a change in holdings:
Pohjola Group Insurance Corporation Ltd and Suomi Mutual Life

Assurance Company have signed an agreement on August 15, 2000 which

gives Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company a call option right to buy

all the shares of Pohjola Life Assurance Company Ltd from Pohjola

Group Insurance Corporation Ltd. Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company

has on February 28, 2001 notified that it will use its call option.

Thus, according to the chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets

Act the holdings of Pohjola Life Assurance Company Ltd have to be

deducted from the other holdings of the Pohjola Group and added to

the other holdings of Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company.
On the basis of the above-mentioned the share of the voting rights

and share capital of Pohjola Group Insurance Corporation Ltd in

Aspocomp Group Oyj have fell below 5 %.
