ASPOCOMP’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2016

Aspocomp Group Plc will publish its financial information in 2016 as follows:

Financial Statements 2015: Thursday, February 25
Annual Report 2015: Thursday, March 10
Interim Report January-March, 2016: Thursday, April 28
Half-yearly Report January-June, 2016: Thursday, August 4
Interim Report January-September, 2016: Friday, October 28

The Financial Statements, Half-yearly Report and Interim Reports will be released at around 9:00 am EEST on the given dates.

Annual Report contains Financial Statements, the report of the Board of Directors and Corporate Governance Statement.

Aspocomp is updating its disclosure policy and as of January 1, 2016 the company’s silent period will commence 30 days prior to the publication of its financial information.

The Annual General Meeting 2016 will take place on Thursday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. EEST. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors later on.

Shareholders have a right to put on the agenda of the AGM 2016 items that are within the competence of the General Meeting.
